Rural Family Schools (EFR) are becoming a reality in Angola! The first school is expected to open later this year in Quihita, Huíla Province.
In partnership with the CRIIA Institute, Jardins da Yoba, and the Fondation Ondjyla, the first train-the-trainer programmes in the Dual/Alternance Education Methodology are already underway, preparing teachers to implement this new educational model.
The Alternance Education Model brings schools closer to families, communities, and the world of work, combining classroom learning with practical experience while recognising local knowledge and realities.
More than establishing schools, our goal is to empower young people to shape the future of their communities, fostering entrepreneurship, employability, and sustainable rural development.
