Another communication, titled "The monitoring and integral training of CEFFA’s Alternation teachers and its impact on the development of communities". Jordi González-García, Andreu Gutiérrez-Sierra and Albert Crosas-Roura made this presentation, addressing the pedagogy of alternation as an appropriate response to the pillars of training (school dropout, job insertion, difficulty in accessing training, etc.), since it provides comprehensive training and contributes to the sustainable development of people and their territories. The importance of personalized monitoring (tutorials) and training of teachers was specifically mentioned.
