Yapeyu, Corrientes - Argentina. Meeting with 1700 young students from Argentina. Meeting with the Minister of Agriculture of Argentina.  AIMFR General Assembly.

A meeting of Alternance Schools was held, with the presence of 1700 young people from all over the country. This meeting was sponsored by the nation's Ministry of Agriculture – with Minister Julián Domínguez and Deputy Minister Matias Lestani. We had an interesting and enriching conversation with the Minister of Agriculture of Argentina.

In parallel,  the AIMFR Board of Directors meeting was held in a mixed format, on-site and on-line, on the 22nd and the 23rd May, with members of AIMFR, from four continents, from Guatemala to the Philippines.  At the end of the General Assembly a presentation was projected in a giant screen for the young Argentines present, with testimonial videos from young students from other countries, which was widely applauded.

We met with INTA (Instituto Nacional de Tecnologia Agropecuaria), represented by the Vice-President Nacira Belén Muñoz, with whom we agreed to the signing of a collaboration agreement with F. Ondjyla.  At the end of the meeting, INTA technicians offered each school and representatives of the organizations, a kit with technical materials.
