Cañete City - Peru. 4th Virtual Alternance Program Training Session: "Alternance Training for teachers at Technological Institutes of Higher Education".

The training, started in 2020, continues in a Virtual Alternance pedagogical format, with the 4th Session being held on March 3rd.

In this Session, in addition to administering the modules in the Training Plan, great emphasis was given to IPA - Applied Pedagogical Research -, which concerns the Research Project that each Teacher in Training must develop during a semester, which then will be applied in a real work environment context.
